Let's face it, a lot of us don't have time to cook today, nor do we want to travel to the grocery store during our busy schedules to shop and prep our meals for the week. Thats why I'm here, I do all of that for you. But want to know the best part? All of your ingredients are organic, locally purchased from Whole Foods Fresh Market. No bullsh*t, no covering up bad quality ingredients with sauces, extra seasonings or anything. It's clean, healthy, and simple food.

The concept of Simple Staples was born after a good friend of mine asked me to start cooking for him. At first I laughed and said " do you know how much a private chef cost", but after lots of persistence, I finally caved in and started to make his meals. the rest was history and Simple Staples was born

Simple Staples is how I cook for myself. The food I cook is a representation of me, it's what I eat during the week to keep myself healthy while I'm on the go. Hope you enjoy the food as much as I do cooking it <3

Who I Am

I live in Chicago Illinois in the heart of River West. My jobs consist of an array of positions from: corporate sales executive, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and meal prep aficionado. As a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutrition specialist, I always preach how important diet is when trying to reach ones goals. Eating healthy is 85% of it. The problem is, most of us run into challenges like: lack of time to prep, poor quality ingredients, , food and diet misinformation etc. I cook simple, high quality food, the "staples" that you can eat throughout the week to keep you feeling healthy and stay on track.
